We do not accept direct bookings through this website, and all availability, pricing, deposits, and payments are managed through the booking platform you choose. Each platform has its own terms and cancellation policies which you must read and accept at the time of booking.

As we do not manage bookings directly, all cancellation terms and any applicable refunds are handled via the third-party platform through which you booked. Please consult their cancellation policy for full details before confirming your reservation.

Guests are required to arrive before dark to ensure a smooth check-in and orientation, especially due to the remote location and access road. Check-in and check-out times are listed on the respective booking platform and must be adhered to unless otherwise arranged in advance.

We welcome well-behaved pets by prior arrangement only. Please ensure your animals are controlled and peaceful, as we are a working farm with resident dogs and abundant wildlife. You are fully responsible for your pets during your stay.

Please take extra care with small children, especially near the natural rock pool, riverbanks, unprotected verandas, and rocky outcrops.
